Welcome to 4Bygg Estimate Pro. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, app, and related services.
1. About the Service
4Bygg Estimate Pro is subscription software designed for contractors and construction-related businesses. The service helps users create estimates, pricing breakdowns, and PDF quotations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
4. Plans and Billing
We offer a free Starter plan and a paid Pro subscription. The Pro plan is billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page.
5. Subscription Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account may be downgraded to the free Starter plan.
7. Free Plan Limits
Starter users may use the service subject to the feature and usage limits described on the pricing page.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
9. User Data
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the project, customer, and company information you enter into the service.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
11. Changes to the Service
We may update, improve, or modify features from time to time.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, fraud, unlawful behavior, or serious violations of these terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4Bygg Estimate Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable Norwegian law, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
